a couple days shy of 38 weeks!
Today this baby is giving me a run for my money :) I guess it decided that I had too easy of a pregnancy so it had to give me atleast one uncomfortable day... I'll take one day I guess :) So I don't know if I am having major braxton hicks or just lots of tightness but my belly seems to be one hard ball of pain today. I am hoping my body is just preparing for a SHORT labor! HA! one can only hope right?!?! My only major complaint of my pregnancy is heartburn... I mean major heartburn. I always would hear people talking about heartburn but until I experienced it I would never truly understand it. Both with Allie and this pregnancy I have the worlds worst. Nothing like acid sitting in your throat for 6 hours a day.. mmmm... lovely. But everytime this baby moves in my belly I am reminded of how thankful I am to be able to experience such Joy. So even on the hard days God always reminds me of the blessing of this baby. We are getting so excited to find out what we are having!!! Each day we get closer Rob and I seem to get more and more excited. We are just so anxious to see what this baby is going to look like.. if it will be bald like allie, if it will have dark or light hair, if it will even resemble Allie?? So crazy to think about. But we are pretty excited!

But we are pretty excited! We had a great Valentines Day. Allie and I made sugar cookies and frosted them. Allie was in charge of the sprinkles and loved every second of it. She would have covered them all in Pink if I would have let her. We practiced our letters by writing different friends on the streets first initial on them and then delivered them. Allie loved passing them out. She loves to help me cook. Almost every meal she asks to sit on the counter and help me cook. She is a great and stiring and dumping.. only a couple accidents have occured :) She also LOVES to play tea party! She gets out little "cookies" and puts them on the little plates and gets water in her tea pot and passes "hot tea" out to Dada and mommy. Its too funny. Such a little girl.

So I will keep updating on the progress of baby #2!! Hopefully there won't be too many updates before the baby joins our family! But only the Lord knows!
