Halloween sneak peek!

So we had a squadron Halloween party last night so Allie got all dressed up and of course we had to take LOTS of pictures of her cute Tinkerbell costume! I will put some more on from halloween cause of course the doggies will be dressed up (in the theme).

Hugs Hugs and more Hugs

So can I say one of my favorite things that Allie has now learned is running up to mommy from far away and giving the biggest hug ever. What can be better than that? I swear it makes me smile no matter how bad the day can be. Allie is such a little girl its so funny. She loves to pick out shoes and try to put them on her feet. And she loves when I open her closet she always goes "oooooo" whenever its opened and wants to touch all the clothes. Uh oh dad we may have a shopper on our hands :)
Secondly I soooo wish I had my camera around me yesterday cause we were playing and I turned the country station on and allie looks up smiles so big and starts dancing like a crazy lady. She starts shaking her cute booty and shaking her hands in the air. She LOVES to dance to music... well she just loves to dance to anything. Quite funny to see that little booty shaking around.
We are looking forward to halloween!!! Can't wait to put pics on here of her and the doggies in their costumes tooo fun. We LOVE halloween on base cause it is just like it was when we were kids. All the kiddos run around and trick or treat. Last year we had 300-350 kids. So fun. The Security Forces ride around and hand out glow sticks and its just so fun. Hopefully its not as cold as it was last night (38 degrees!). Allies costume is so not good for cold weather... MAybe I will be purchasing thermals! Much love to all and sloppy kisses from allie!

Okay so Allie's favorite thing right now is running laps around our livingroom through our kitchen.. it is so funny. And as she goes she normally picks up something new, a shoe, marker, blanket.. whatever she can find. And she gets very frustrated when she can't fit everything in her hand as she runs. Its so funny to see different personality traits of both Rob and I come out in her. She is into stacking everything. She will pull all the DVD's off of the shelf and then stack them on the table (such a Rob-ism).

Allie has started to love all foods.. such a fun time. She is loving homemade soups right now. She loves tomato-leek soup. She even dunked her toast in it! :) We had a super fun girls lunch out yesterday. Me and two of my girlfriends who have kids one month and three months younger than allie went out to lunch. All of us ladies sat and enjoyed lunch and coffee together. Having all the baby girls together was so fun. They just laughed the whole time. On the way home Maddie (the 8month old) started crying in her carseat and allie reached over and started rubbing her head it was tooo cute. I wish we had a video of it.

Fall Fun at Applejacks Pumpkin Patch

What a fun saturday morning... We got to go to Applejacks Pumpkin Patch and enjoy all sorts of farm fun. They had a great petting zoo that allie loved of course, a big slide, a hay fort, a corn sand box, a corn maze, and of course pumpkin picking. What a beautiful day. We had to sport our Huskers, although Allie got a little dirty. Allie walked all over the farm. She was watching all the kids and did not want our help walking anywhere cause she was a "big girl". After all that fun Allie was exhausted so we came home so she could take a nap and Rob could watch Nebraska. Love saturdays!

We were out to dinner to celebrate our friend Jeffs birthday and took some photos... thought you would enjoy. Had a great time with grandma. Love visitors!!! We had a great monday. Rob had the day off and it was great. All of us slept in. Allie till 9:45! Enjoyed a lunch out. Took a long nap in the afternoon and played the rest of the day. Love those type of days. Wish there were more of those.

Our Walkin Lady!

So Grandma is here and of course Allie wanted to show off soooo she started walkin! Today she walked all the way down the block and back. Grandma has to leave tomorrow :( so we are going to cram as much in as we can. We visited the zoo, went to the park and had many walks in the couple beautiful days she was here. Such fun times we had. We love having visitors!!!

okay so our crazy lady is obssessed with the dog leash... I have no idea why but from the second she wakes up she wants to have the leash in her hands. She now tries to get it off the hook.. I know there are a million pictures on here but I just wanted to show you a day in the life of allie...

The next morning... it all begins again!


Well so thats allie... I will try to take better pictures on my camera soon. I normally just take pics off my phone since thats whats on me at the time... Allie is changing and growing like crazy she has been taking steps on her own... but only when we force her to do it on her own :) She is constantly making people laugh everywhere we go. Everyone always comments on her silly smile and constant wave at everyone. Nothin like a little social butterfly at the age of 9 and a half months. Allie also loves to dance. When she gets going she cracks herself up. We don't even need to have music going anymore and she just grabs a hold of any furniture and starts bouncing away slapping her leg. Too funny. We'll look at her and say "dance dance dance" and there she goes dancing away.

Well life is great here. We got the great news of Robs new job on base which allows him to stay in the states for the rest of the time we are living here in wichita. Such a blessing no more deployments!! truly amazing. So he gets to enjoy his little lady even longer! :) Although he is working about 12 hours a day it is still nice to have him here.

We are looking forward to grandma coming in town tomorrow!!
