Hello all.. I know I know its been FOREVER! sorry! Things are going great around here. Enjoying being back at home and life slowing down a little bit. Loved being back in chicago. So great to see old friend and family of course. Allie loved seeing and playing with so many people. Had to soke in as much hugs and laughs as we could with family we only see once in a blue moon. Allie is busy learning many new signs. She hasn't said too many words yet.. just Hi, Papa, Dada, and Bubba. But she has now learned sign language More, All Done, Please, Eat, Help, Giraffe, Monkey, Alligator, bunny, bear and we are still working on more animals. Although I must say the animal signs are ones I have made up :) Not sure on the sign language of the animals! :) Allie is a walking, running, climbing, dancing machine. She loves me to play country music so she can dance around the house. She is busy working on learning how to put on her shoes and helping mom sweep the floor. She is soaking everything up like a sponge its amazing. I love watching her concentrate so hard on something that I am doing so she can figure it out herself. Such a thinker!
I still am amazed that I am a mom of a one year old... how time flies. We are keeping ourselves busy busy but are loving where the Lord has us right now. We feel blessed to be a part of what He is doing here in wichita. God is really moving here and has us a part of a lot of things here and we feel blessed. Hope all is well.
